Q: Can you repair my laptop?
A: We can repair virtually all makes of laptop. We have accumulated rich experience in handling lots of difficult problems for any make.

Q: Do you give fixed price for repairing laptop?
A:  for parts replacement,  we can give fixed price, but for unsure faults, we will give free inspection and  free quotation . One thing we could assure you that the labour cost is fixed for each repair regardless of hours involved in your laptop, it is £49 for each repair, total price will be £49+ parts fee +VAT

But for company customers, in some circumstances, we may give them fixed price, it is convenience for them to give the quotation for their customers.
 

Q: If I don't want to do the repair, do you charge me ?
A: We provide 'Free examination,Free Quotation' ,we won't charge you if you don't like to go ahead with the repair. Only after receiving your confirmation, then we go ahead with the repair. but for some customers, they only want laptop inspected, may be for price compareration, insurance reason, we keep the right to charge these customers checking fee of £35.

 
Q: If my laptop is unrepairable, can I sell it to your company?
A: Yes, You can sell your broken laptop to us as spare parts.
